Local musicians and poets will come together for one spectacular night of acoustic music, poetry and a special surprise performance that will leave your mind spinning. This event is a team effort to raise awareness and funding for the hunger needs that are ever present and growing rapidly in our own community. The Oakdale District Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau is holding their 37th Annual Ag Scholarship Luncheon on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at the Gene Bianchi Community Center located at 110 South Second Avenue in Oakdale.  Viewing of the agricultural-related vendor booths begins at 11:00 a.m. followed by lunch. A panel of speakers on an agriculture related topic during lunch.  Tickets are available at the Chamber office for $20.00 per person. There will be a silent auction with all proceeds raised to benefit the Oakdale Chamber Ag Scholarship Fund.
