MENTORING IS A COMMUNITY THING!

Hello Fellow Stanislaus County Residents:

Did you know that the Stanislaus Employee Mentor program was established as a pilot in September of 1998, became official program in January 1999 and will turn 10 years young in January 2009?

What an accomplishment for our employees!

To date over 350 employees have participated (over 70 at any given mentor cycle) and contributed over 13,200 total hours!

Senior Activities

The Hughson Community and Senior Center serves the senior citizens of the eastside of Stanislaus County. There are plenty of activities to keep seniors active.

The Clogger’s meet every Tuesday at 7 pm. The "Westerner's" play Country music on Wednesday featuring JD Smith, Glen Wilson and guest dinger joining. On Thursday's Richard Cruz and the Barker's join the fun with Gospel and Country music. Then on Fridays is BINGO, with everyone a winner.
